Knotted

Sometimes the holidays and end of the year can be a confusing and draining time. If things have gotten knotted in life, family, work or relationships, don't let your emotions push you to react quickly; instead, allow your sober mind to catch up with your hurting heart. Reacting to undesirable circumstances by pulling at the first loose end is usually the way to make things worse.

So step back and observe. How did you get in this mess? Whether you're comfortable with it or not, start 👀 under the hood because that’s the only way we’ll find real solutions for any mess we find ourselves in. Just like when our shoelaces get tangled, we need to gently start pulling at the knotted core, loosen the tension and start moving backwards until we unlock the kink.
